David’s career began after graduating Bentley University and when he was first licensed in 1988. Throughout his career, he has been active in sales, rentals, property management, condominium conversions, investments and renovations for both residential and commercial properties. David has worked previously for some successful real estate firms in the Boston area, gaining practical experience and a comprehensive understanding of the Boston market. His passion for real estate and his business drive motivated him to create a company of his own. Karolina Olejnik was born and raised in Warsaw, Poland. She moved to Boston in 2001 and has since made it her home. A natural from day one, she has expanded and refined her skill set ever since. Karolina has become a talented advisor and advocate for her clients. In an effort to stay at the top of her field, she has earned the CBR designation as well as continuing to be an active participant in continuing education on topics such as negotiation, value assessment & marketing. She has done investing, renovating and conversions of residential property.
